Individual sessions offer a supportive space for healing and self-discovery. Each 50-minute session is a time set aside just for the patient—an opportunity to bring questions, reflect, and gently explore what lies beneath the surface.

The work is collaborative, with space to set meaningful goals and move at a pace that feels right. With a caring, non-judgmental approach (and often a touch of humor), conversations feel lighter and more open. Somatic practices such as breathwork or guided meditation may also be included to support both mind and body in the healing process.
